Tasting notes: A delicate, almost floral aroma with an initial fruitiness leading to a long, dry, biscuity finish. It is brewed in the style of German wheat beers, and is available in the authentic cloudy version (suitable for vegans), or the more usual clear version.
Background: Willy's is unique in the Springhead range, brewed in the traditional continental style using wheat malt, Hersbrucker and Saaz hops. Selected by their expert taster as the best beer of the Wetherspoon's beer festival in March 2012.
